ZANK POS Enterprise End User License Agreement (EULA)

ZANK POS Enterprises grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Software solely for your internal business operations, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or exploit the Software in any unauthorized manner. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify ZANK POS Enterprises immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. The system uses OTP verification and JWT authentication to protect your account.
The Software stores transaction data, order records, and account information on your organization's database. ZANK POS Enterprises does not transmit or sell your business data to third parties. Payment processing is handled by PayMongo; their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to payment transactions.
Payment features are provided via PayMongo. All card data is sent directly to PayMongo and never stored on ZANK POS servers. You agree to comply with PayMongo's Terms of Service when using payment features.
All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with ZANK POS Enterprises. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ZANK POS Enterprises does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZANK POS Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
